What is your best range / energy economy?

My March average energy economy is about 5 mile/kwh over 1000 miles of driving. So that should give me 400 miles range. Obviously i am not getting that. Can someone explain the inconsistency?

This is strange, although I would say that you might have to wait for the data to update in the driving analysis. My drive today gives me a very large miles per kWh in the app driving analysis, but I can tell it's not updated yet since the total miles isn't correct. You also need more miles driven to get a good idea. I drove about 1+ hours so that's better data, getting 3.6 miles/kWh for 81.9 miles today.

After looking at your info again, it seems like you drive a lot of short distance not in the highway?
The only time I get over 3.1 m/kWh with my Premiere is from Donner Pass (7200 feet elevation) to Home in Auburn (1500 feet). I get slightly over 4.0 then. Over a full charge around town I'm lucky to get 2.9 in ECO mode with full regen turned on. Put some more miles on it and see what you get. Nissan brochure says 289 mile range on 87 kW full charge which calculates to 3.3 mi/kWh. So far I'm not so lucky (2700 miles so far). I'm hoping things improve as it warms up outside.

About half of the 1000 miles I drove during the month of March was on highway at ~70 mph (from Maryland to NYC and back). The rest is suburban driving (mixture of local/highway).
