I have seen no mentions of it when I have been chatting to Nissan representatives at preview sessions, but I did make a point of stating that it is a major sales loss with in there accessory range (all that should be needed is a recording module with feeds from the cameras). one plus you get easy access to the 12v battery with it being in the rear boot area so you can power it easily (The dashcams I use has a battery saving facility so it will not flatten the battery)

I didn't know the 12 v battery was in the back. Interesting! Makes it a bit easier to rig up an inverter for 110V power.

Sentry mode in my wife’s Tesla is one of best features in her 2023 Model Y! Cameras record activity around her car in Sentry mode while parked and also acts as dash cams from different angles while driving. Live feeds can be viewed from the inside and outside cameras via the Tesla app anytime while parked. There are many YouTube videos that highlight this feature.

I wish the Ariya could support a similar feature but it lacks the capability to do so.🙁
